Form No. 1 is the application for and per- -mission to land ray opium from a ship for storage in the warehouses.

Form No. 2 is the application for and per- -mission to remove opium from a warehouse to a ship for export of from one ship to another; ship for export.

Form No. 3 is the application for moving rŁW opium from one warehouse to another.

Form No. 4 is the memorandum of raw opium for export by a ship to be furnished by the Superintendent to the Laster.

Form No. 5 is the oprtificate given to the Superintendent by the licensee of a licensed warehouse.
